Need some recommendation from Great authors

Thanks to all of you in advance.

I need some suggestions from themeforest authors. I have developed a new WP blog theme, can you please take a look and let me know if it is the right time to submit it. It is a blog theme.

If you think that it is not good then please explain why?

Reminds me a lot of http://strictthemes.com/truemag/ - in fact some aspects which are identical??

Thanks for your reply only the footer is similar to truemag theme, i think it will not cause any issue. Is there’s anything else which you can point out? Should i submit it for themeforest review?
