Hi, yesterday i bought the item named " Warehouse interior" from the author “aleks_pogonin”
because i needed that model in 3ds format with materials and texture applied.
Once i downloaded it, i discovered that the only format available was the generic .obj and no materials and textures were included.
I asked for a refund, but at this moment i didn’t receive any answer
