Need logo design artboard setting/size

I am new in envato and i want to know about the artboard/size of a logo design in Graphicriver.
Please give me a suggestion about this topic and also about logo design formality.

For the FMOTION logo, try playng a little bit with the shpaes, and remove “The Green Lantern” logo from inside (haha).
As for the royal eagle, try adjusting the wings. Maybe adjust them downwards. It looks like an octopus.
