Imagine you submit tickets and take five days no response
Again you want us to first on the forum to react
Have submitted several tickets but no response @RadiusTheme and @scriptsbundle

  1. The last ticket was created 9 hrs ago it is not related with theme As a Classified Theme we don’t tested Elementor Elider addon Screenshot by Lightshot

  2. Another ticket replied yesterday 1 day only support team will reply you soon.

Note Saturday and Sunday is limited support

Haha usually Envato Author time costs $100/h, so your $15 will not get you far :slight_smile: Also if you check the Envato Author Support Policy, it’s pretty limited. I suggest every author not to “login to my website and fix things” as that’s really not your obligation here. Thanks.

For clarity on expectation - the theme says support can take 1 business day, so if a ticket was sent 9 hours ago then @RadiusTheme (a highly respected power elite author) have the whole of Monday to answer, and even then the 1 business day is not obligatory.

As per support policy - the author is not responsible or required to advise or support issues with third party plugins and scripts which are not included in the theme
