Need help with trasition effect i bought

I bought this before to use ‘Trasition effect’ on ‘Premiere Pro’, but it didn`t work properly (just showed up red color without any color changes).

I tried to reinstall with and without changing installaition path, and even with changing installaion path of the effects I bought, but it didn`t worked.

Your kind help would be appreciated.

PS. Sorry for my English since i`m Korean, and for my mistake if i was asking on wrong forum.
