Bimber Theme: Installed child theme and when i deleted all the example posts and reinstalled all of my
posts, the slider/featured images on the home page has not worked. This is the exact message on
the home page “No featured entries match the criteria. For more information please refer to the documentation.” I need help to get this working again. Thanks.

Goto wp-admin >> Appearance >> Customize >> Header >> Featured Entries
Unselect Home page and single post from their and then publish it.
Your Problem will be solved

But i would like to stay with the single post how can i do that
