need help with soft reject (html)

hello there,
I submit my html template yeasterday and today I got an email saying that my item needs improvment and they listed few points to check in my template but I realy dont know how to fix them in my template because I dont know where is the mistakes, so please help me, this is the links to my demo:

  1. There are spacing and alignment issues in this item. Please make sure that all elements are aligned properly and spacing is consistent from section to section.
  2. The typographic hierarchy of this item requires additional work
  3. Mobile styling needs attention/improvement in some areas. Please check/test your pages carefully and resolve all issues.

HI,

I have saw your item.

  1. spacing: make sure your item all section top and bottom spacing are same.
  2. typographic hierarchy come form your item body text color and title that are looking same make different like title color is dark and body color more lighter.
  3. chack your item on all mobile device 767px to 320px

for spacing there is space 100px top and bottom for every section, so I dont know what is wrong with spacing !,
thank you for the other tips and I will check theme.

do you think that its less or more in the image you sent me ?
there is a css class just for adding 100px on top and bottom of every section,
and I will be glad if you pointed more issues you see in the template or its just the spacing,
is the alignment good in my template ?

as far I have checked in top banner line height is very odd for example for p tag you have set line-height: 250%;
In body p tag you have used line-height: 220%;
Service and count up section alignment issues.
footer widget section spacing, alignment and typography issues.
Please be noted I think line height has killed maximum your credit. Overal template line height is very odd.

thank you for taking time to help me,
so how much do you think I should set the line height ? should I increase it or decrease it ?
and what is the spacing problem in the footer,
I set 100px on top & bottom for footer and every other section ?
and what is the alignment problem for services and count up, I’m using bootstrap grid, isnt that should align everything properly ?
sorry for the too many questions,
But this is the first time I got soft reject after 2 years of hard reject for different templates,
so I need to make sure everything is good before I submit it again, the problem here that the review team does not specific the issues , so I cant find them easily to fix them.

service and count up section you have used grid not masonry style so will be better if you make all grid same size for looiking good.
footer Address widget are not align as other 3 widget you have used padding left irhgt 7px. you can set left padding 0
Also I think some typography improvement will be better as like subscription form title, menu link. Subscription form input and button same line would be better.
please check latest Items on themforest to know the design standard.
Note: please do change as your Item reviewer suggested. don’t chnage other things that your Reviewer not mentioned/focused.
