I bought this Software (AutomateMail - Subdomain-Based SaaS Script For Email Marketing & SMS Marketing (Multitenancy) by softtech-it) just to install it and find it defective. I raised a ticket with the Author but no resolution till date. He has sent me other new versions of the software but nothing works. I asked for a refund but he has been ignoring my request. Please help!
