Need help with NewsNow Pro mobile phone compatibility

I am trying to add mobile capability to my site (using NewsNow Pro theme). I have installed WPtouch, but the what is see on iPhone is different from the preview I get on my admin page. It seems the viewport settings are not working on the theme. I have attached a screenshot. I would greatly appreciate your quick help.
