Hey! I think your concept and design are both pretty good.
In my opinion, the font doesn’t seem to fit very well. See if you can find a font that’s more smooth-edged and curved? It may look nicer.
Other than that, I think the base of the tree can also use some work. It has some sharp edges which stands out from the rest of your otherwise smooth design. Perhaps you can try something else out with it or try removing it (personally I like it without the base - see below - more than how it is now).
