Need help theme is halfscreen in mobile

After I launched my site a week ago, when i loads the page on desktop it’s fine but when I loads it onto mobile it halfscreen. I asked bluehost about it… and tried some plugins the results it was the same, and the host sent me an email today. It could be because of the theme i’m using. Is there anyone can help me please.
