It’s hard to tell in detail from some of these images but generally there are glaring issues with typography, spacing, hierarchy, and alignment.
Presumably there are more pages also like blog post pages (preferably multiple versions), individual staff profiles etc.
PSDs need to be pixel perfect and really warrant value in someone choosing to code them rather than just buy one of the high qualities, pre-coded templates
