Piano has too much lo-mids that cover all the mix,maybe too loud too, and its very dry. Use a lush reverb like Polyverse Comet. Actually is wrong choice of reverb, pizzicatos are sounding dry too. Try to use some delay too to make atmosphere. The track is lacking of reverse effects - transitional elements and - crash - impacts. Its a nice emotional song poorly executed mix-aesthetics wise . Good luck! PS* don’t use reverb on watermark
