Need Help : Html Template Rejected after couple of soft rejection..

We uploaded the first item Medica-care template and it was soft rejected with the following message

  1. There is some format issues in your item description, remember you can use HTML or Markdown to improve it.
  1. LATEST JQUERY: Make sure you are using the latest version of jQuery, i.e. if you are using jQuery 1.x make sure is the latest version. See more: jQuery Core – All Versions | jQuery CDN

Again after fixing the overall pointed issues its now hard rejected with the following message

Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Medica - Responsive HTML5 Template” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again

Any reviews from authors in forum will really help us to go forward… Thankyou !

Hello!

As I see your item firstly got a Soft Rejection, after the you got a Hard Rejection :expressionless:. Which means you can’t resubmit it for review if you are not adding massive changes in terms of design.

Few things I would like to point regarding the design:

  1. Visibility issue on home slider. Add some sort of dark overlay between image and titles.

Same visibility problem on all pages
    image
    Same issue on gallery/About page

  2. Spacing issues

  3. This page seems to be done in a hurry (http://thinkingcode.com/themes/medica/service.html). A lot of white space + a lot of Lorem Ipsum. This section is really horrible

  4. If you are on a white section, there is no transition between header and the white section. Add a border, or change the section’s background color.

  5. Add different photos on every page. Right now, there is this guy all over the place

  6. This hover effect needs a transition. Missing hover on VIEW PROFILE / social media links image

  7. Use other color than this gray. Gives the impression that there are placeholders rather than photos/background color.

    Same on blog comments:

9.Missing hover on footer links

Don’t forget to check other approved items and learn how to make this one better. It has a good start but you need to make it even better than this.

Good luck with your item! :sunny:
