I work to develop a WP template, and I need to know if it possible for example that’s the designer can upload a PSDtemplate in their account and I can upload the WP version in my account ?

For licence : I need to buy an extended licence or whats exactly ?

You need the extended version of the license and you need to have permission/agreement with the original author.

This may include profit sharing/% of sales etc. You should make sure that you can prove this when submitting the other version
