Churhius theme is active, editing in WPBakery. From the dashboard I access “appearance”, “customize”, “site identity”. At this point all the youtubers state there should be buttons to remove of change the logo and I see the buttons in the videos. There are no buttons, only text boxes for “site title” and “tag line”. Below that is “site icon” and remove and change bottons, but that only changes the icon in the browser window tab.
