Need help changing my flipmag theme from arabic to english.

Hello every one, i bought the “flip mag theme from envato”, now i cant edit using elementor, because content is in arabic, i have fiddled with some translators, its the same. Help i want it to permanently be in english, and even on wordpress, its in arabic, the pages section. PLEASE HELP
