Need Envato help

Dear Envato staff,

I have problem to contact you directly. I would like for someone to provide me a link to Envato stuff. I believe that one of my customers and Envato members attacked my server with malicious code. I have IP data, personal susspision to one guy, I wrote to attacker provider to try to solve an issue if an Ip address is his real IP and I want to ask some questions and provide some data to Envato staff.
I believe that this criminal behavior if it is proven is in strong opposite with laws and Envato principles.
