Need custom WordPress modification on UpVote theme

Hi there community. I am a purchaser of the UpVote theme and am looking for someone to do a little custom modification to it. The login form is confusing to most people. I simply want it to show only the login with Facebook and login with Twitter options and nothing else.

What is so confusing in that login form? I saw it and it looks fairly simple to me unless you require a social login as well? I am not sure why you want to remove the original one.

We dont want users registering or logging in via the form, just the social buttons. At least for now.
