Need Checklist For Creating WordPress Theme Here

Dear Experts Here,

I want to know the LEVEL 1 checklist when creating wordpress theme to sell here, like:

1- Any WordPress theme frame like _UnderscoreS
2- Option Panel - Which one is good and Free for commercial user
3- Which bundle plugin should theme compatible with like Visual Composer and Revolution Slider

I understand the very common checklist when you start to create your first themeforest html/wordpress theme, Offcourse as i know theme design should be unique, professional userfriendly and Modern but beside that what are very important things i have to buy or i have to make theme compatible with. That information mostly new authors don’t have idea, experience authors know well to ease their development.

1.) I am not using theme framework so I can’t help with this one
2.) Redux for standard Theme Options or Kirki for WP Customizer options (currently I prefer Kirki)
3.) That really depends on you and your theme, having a support for variety of plugins is great, but I would personally avoid bundling premium plugins into the theme
