Need blog template for publishing CAD files

Hi I have this blog CAD Drawing ob blogger I decide to transfer it to WordPress I want the blog template at least like my template on blogger and the template have the DOWNLOAD section for downloading files

Thank it is a nice blog but I clicked on register don’t work with me, and I want the blog to have user control panel completely different with default user control panel in WordPress
