Looking for a WordPress theme that will allow me to design a website similar to this layout https://hireourheroes.org/

Can anyone make any suggestions. Nothing jumping out at me on Themeforest

Closest I could find are:

which are both very new

The link you provided is a custom made website. You can not find the exact theme. What I suggest is to hire someone get this theme created for you exclusively.
