My vector file has been rejected. Can someone tell me why:) I'm new here, and I feel a little bit frustrated.. Need your help:)

It is layered. Made with wacom tablet. In the letter from envato I was told that it “…isn’t at the quality standard needed to continue forward with the review process on GraphicRiver.”
