Few days back I have submitted a One page responsive HTML template. But its rejected.
They said: It isn’t at the quality standard needed to continue forward with the review process on ThemeForest.

How can I solve the problem and resubmit?

Especially if you don’t even bother to remove the original author’s references throughout the code
Break their licensing agreement
Added to this the builder is created by one of the top and most respected authors in this marketplace
Besides in it’s raw format the design is not good enough for here
You haven’t even altered the links to the original authors site and tools.
With respect if you can’t design and code original work then this is not a suitable marketplace for you.
