My theme Soft rejected Please Guide me

here is what the reviewer stated

• An overall design quality
  what does this mean i think my theme has high design quality

• Visual hierarchy and aesthetics
  I didnt understood this too, is it related to typography

• Typography
  Iam using the same fonts for both heading and body , is it wrong ?

• Forms and buttons

• More attention to details

• Better design consistency

• An overall spacing

• Color contrast and schemes

I think my color contrast is good , please help

I know that i have asked too much, can anyone please guide me so i can approve my theme quickly, i am willing to pay $100 for who can partner with me to get my theme approved. Please dont feel offended for payment, i have no choice because i havent understood the reviewers details.
