My theme needs an update but no longer seems to exist!

I bought a beautiful theme called Vintauge and am using it for my blog. Wordpress is saying it needs an update in the Woo Commerce and it needs an update in general. But when I came to Envato it is saying it no longer is for sale and it does not appear when you search it! What do consumers do in that case and how can we make sure we are buying themes that are going to be properly updated?? I had my last theme for 7 years before that with regular updates.
