most respectfully, but i think it needs lot of work, you can get idea of current standard bar by viewing newest theme collection.
Your theme have issues like typography, visual hirechrry needs lot of work, logo looks awful,slider needs lot of work, images are stretching (please note that theme presentation is really important to get accepted) side menu bar, if i were you, i will start from scratch.
With respect everything is wrong including typography, pixelated and stretched images, spacing, margins, alignment, hierarchy and so on
Plus there are a lot consistencies and mentions of Freebie products which is very suspicious
