my template was rejected :(

Hi, I uploaded a template but they rejected it :frowning: Could you help me with feedback to find out what I did wrong?

here is the link of my template

thank you everybody

hi @mamolinav, Iā€™m working now so Iā€™ll just go on some modification and someone else can give you the rest:

  1. Donā€™t use CDN at all
  2. Make a CSS components table to give a list of what you did in that file.
  3. donā€™t write the script in the HTML page ( Iā€™m not sure this if can be counted as a disadvantage ).
  4. you need more content and sections ( this one is important if the template will help the buyer ).
to the icons in the navbar.
  5. the effects on the button are not good if the page is simply the elements should be simple.
  6. your sections and content are not good at all because there is some unusual section without any reason, plus youā€™re not delivering a project to one category as I can see u included more than just one.
  7. I can see pixels of your images, resize them to fit your boxes, and update your formā€™s design.
  8. your breadcrumb design doesnā€™t meet the requirements.
  9. you have a javascript error in your script.js file on line 170 or 175 I guess.

your template can go great you just have to make it look modern and clean and it will get approved.

Hi @mamolinav

I will make some points that I know
Not all points but the points that I understand
I like you oldest template and was rejected every time :joy:

use ā€˜google chrome extensions page rulerā€™

  • PROPER EVENT BINDING: Consider using the preferred .on() method rather than .click(), .bind(), .hover(), .load(), .ready(), etc.

@themearabia you got this man :star_struck:

ohh thanks, i didnā€™t realize :0

just one question, what do you mean when you say ā€œmake a css and js components tableā€ ? i donā€™t understand how to make it.

Another thing, so do i have to put icons in the navbar for each section?

thank you so much

Table of contents
css ex
https://themes.themearabia.net/html/basma-resume-html/one_page/ltr/style.css
look: TABLE OF CONTENTS

Table of contents
js ex

look: Table of contents

I donā€™t understand what you mean

Oh great!! I agree with you, it would be more ordered.

the other question is related to what OMINIMO said:

" You need more content and sections ( this one is important if the template will help the buyer ).
to the icons in the navbar."

I donā€™t get it :frowning:
