Is this just a design or have you coded it too?
If it’s just a PSD then the design quality also needs an uplift but either way the design basics including typography, hierarchy; styling and spacing need work, and you need to consider alternative elements, features and layout (even though the function of the Mail is obvious stock sites are about versatility)

When you submitted it did you include a working link?
It would be important for a reviewer to see this.
The design and extended versatility (look at how most emails have hundreds of elements and also use builder tools on top) need work to be able to compete

I received a request for a refund with the following text:
“I just realized this is not a wordpress theme, and I have no clue how to
use such landing pages.
I was way too excited by the quality of your work that I decided to jump
the gun too quickly.
I’d like to get a refund, because this is unfortunately of no use for me…”
