My template file has vanished.

I uploaded it and waited a week, but when I checked today, it’s nowhere to be found—neither on my dashboard nor in the Hidden Items tab.
The file that was pending review has completely disappeared.
I wondered if it had been rejected, so I checked my inbox (including spam), but I’ve received no emails.

What’s going on? Their process feels so outdated, it’s really frustrating.
Am I just supposed to wait again? I can’t even see any record of my upload, so there’s nothing I can do.
Do I have to wait another week for a response? Haha.

Thank you for your answer.
I just discovered that “Item review notifications” hadn’t been checked.
So there’s no way to find out why it was removed??
Wow… isn’t that unacceptable?

If there was no feedback then regardless of that box being ticked or not, it’s hard rejected and no feedback would be provided.
