My submission to ThemeForest has been rejected and the reason is : we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

Liked the animations and stuffs, but I guess you are using too much grays and low contrast text (https://www.nngroup.com/articles/low-contrast/) and imo you should drop the header bouncy effect (e.g. the Contact), also fix some responsiveness issue. Lastly, pick a different category for your template, not just personal blog, because I think it is more suitable for ‘minimalisic’ and or ‘1 page portfolio’ or something like that.
First of all I’m also beginner author.(Only have 1 item, 2nd one still pending). Because of this is a hard rejected, I highly recommend, you should redesign this. If you can first design the PSD template then when it got selected you can move to html version, ( I think its good for beginners). I’m agree with @mai-theme. And you should focus on typography hierarchy too. (like font sizes in this template is look like same, sub heading=body font size )
