In short, I live on the little island of Puerto Rico and can’t find it anywhere when trying to enter my required personal information.
I also haven’t been able to find a support ticket area where I can ask for assistance. 
Does anyone know a workaround? I know there are some issues because Puerto Rico is United States territory, but working on becoming independent. Politics aside, I’d love to sell some high quality music to people interested.
If anyone has any advice or suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
