My sale doesn't get updated

Hi. Yesterday I received a notification because someone bought one of my models, but the “purchased” number stills on 0. Is this common? Does it take a couple of days before updating? In the portfolio, the amount of money isn’t 0, but it has “0 purchases”.

Please check your Statements page you will see all purchase information there. Sale count update automatically and immediately after the checkout done by the customer.
