Please see the article Can I Get a Refund? and the refund policy to see if you’re eligible for a refund. If you don’t meet the criteria, then you can’t get a refund.

To be eligible for a refund you must meet at least one the following criteria.

  • The item has not been downloaded yet by you, or
  • The item is not as it was described prior to purchase, or
  • The item has a major problem and author is not fixing it in a timely manner, or
  • The item has a security vulnerability, or
  • You paid for support but the author is not providing it to you (during the paid support term).

You cannot request a refund for any of the following reasons:

  • you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
  • the item did not meet your expectations;
  • you simply change your mind;
  • you bought an item by mistake;
  • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
  • you ask for goodwill; or
  • you can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).

If a refund request is denied and you feel that you should be entitled to a refund, you can contact Envato Support and explain the situation to them. They will only provide a refund if you meet the refund requirements outlined above.
