My purchase not reflecting to my Envato Account

Hi, I purchased an Item on CodeCanyon just now, but I wonder why it deducted on my Wallet but not updating my CodeCanyon account I didn’t received any email from envato or any confirmation about my purchase.

I’m using American Express Virtual Pay (GCash)
