I uploaded my item and updated preview image. but broken. How can fix?
-Upload again and FTP tryed.

Your preview image will be updated soon, Envato just changed the way upload files gets stored (thumbnails/preview images). FIrst of all, your images are saved in a temporary location, then, after few moments (sometimes it takes longer) your images are transferred into cdn/Amazon S3 servers.
So, don’t worry because your preview images will be updated soon
