I got a mail from Envato Market saying this item is rejected and I won’t be able to submit this item again!!
What might be the cause of rejection?
What should be my next step to make it accepted?

The concept is so so so overdone that they are not really approving more like this without bringing something new and more original
Forget about this design. Your next steps should be to take a very good look here
then spend a lot of time here and on other similar websites
and then spend even more time in your code editor and/or your graphic editor to practice, practice and even more practice.
It looks unfinished. You should make all title fonts in same style. Add style to contact form. Remove unnecessary shadow effects. Remove double lines after titles.
