My Newly Registered Account is Locked Out.... Kindly Resolve this Issue Urgently..

Hi Envato Market Team,

I have newly registered my account. When I clicked on the confirmation link of email account, I redirected to the main page where I clicked on Sign In button.

After that I got this message that your account is locked out and you need to contact help team.

I don’t know what the problem is with login because I tried it several times.

I am posting in this forum in the hope that technical team will solve this problem.

My account ID is vbm2016.
