My new political theme needs expert advice

hello everyone,

I really work hard to design this theme and since last many failure I am afraid before submitting new items,
Can any one try to review and give me suggestion for this theme?
I am afraid that is this design out dated or does it looks good to go?
what are the things I can improve for easy approval?
