The reason is very obvious, your template is similar to many templates in the market.

To be honest i know it. But there are a lot of items which are accepted while there are also similar to these templates. Where is the justice
In fine details, quality of presentation etc. Color wise the explosion colors look jarring when combined with the logo colors, that’s a color theory/presentation problem. I bet a lot of other similar logo reveal project might not have this problem. So if you make a very similar project to get it approved it must be even better than what’s out there already, or at the same level quality with already approved projects to even have a change (most time you won’t though, especially with this explosion idea, which I’ve seen used to many times I want to puke whenever I see the same explosion 
). Else your animation etc is pretty solid, just work on your presentation and change the idea.

Can using the expression from Ease and Wizz be a problem for acceptance?
Just start from scratch with a new original idea, and later make sure that you present it well too. (you can use and follow color pallets generators colors (https://coolors.co/ https://mycolor.space/ ) if you’re having a hard time picking colors yourself that work well)
Nope, those are not a reason for rejection. (as far as I know )

Copying? I haven’t copy it of anywhere, i just inspired some projects.

My Friend unfortunately they are not like it your template & you can’t make some edits on it & re upload again, you must design a new one, try to make something it’s not done before.
