there are a good deal of things lacking or clearly to improve in hope if having this item reaching the next level and potential the approval level indeed …
first of all this is all white and black only , this may not necessarily a problem but when all the other things around are far from perfect the bottomline is that u are shooting a bullet in your own foot out of doing so … the direct consequence of this is that u give people much more th feeling of a “rough” rather than having to deal with a very professional item , worked out and superbly presented …
then, there is sort of a disconnection between the text and the illustration as u have failed to imbricate enough both part so that they look strongly connected and making a “whole”
otherwise, the global style is not in keeping with current trends. Current trends are about logos made out of substracting some shape out of others to make a relevant modern logo in the end …
besides still about the style, let’s face it this is too simple right now this is lacking originality and graphic design
the concept is also far from being readable a whole … as the company name - no matter if this is meant to be changed - should basically reflect the theme and the intention that u have in the first place …
furthermore there is no real hierarchy on this logo as well, maybe also because of the typo - see next point - and the lack of graphic design
finally , typo is way too simple and not only far from original but also definitely lacking variations, font combinations and so on so that u can ultimately build a decent hierarchy in the process as well …
