I keep sending for submitting my logo template but it keeps rejecting and i am new here. I couldnt realise what’s the issue and how can i fix this. I am waiting your review to fix this . Here is my logo template;

Too simple and our planet doesnt look like that. probably these are the problems. Way too simple design ( probably can be done in 10 minute )
I agree with the comment before about the world notbeingaccurate
Also with all due respect the typography is not good at all e.g. font choices, shadows etc.

Slogan area is too small

logo area (I am assuming “place your text” is meant for that) is not aligned properly
It makes me feel a bit like the 80’s of 20th century. 
Yeah, I’m not a big fan of this. I appreciate the background can be changed, but the logo is clean/smooth and the background is grungy/rough. That doesn’t really work for me.
The Earth isn’t accurate enough… I’m seeing a bit of North America to the left, that definitely looks like Florida, but South America seems to be missing and it’s hard to tell what the countries/landmasses on the right are.
There’s probably still a place for drop shadows and bevel alphas in design these days, but not in this instance.
The gradient on the text is out of place when it comes to the lack of gradient on the Earth. The colours of the gradient don’t really work either.
The font doesn’t do anything for me.
It’s not quite there yet, but… never give up, never surrender!
