This is an illustration not a logo. When you create a logo you need to follow some rules.
Hey, if you google for “calligraphy” images you will never see anything similar to what you’ve presented as “calligraphy”. It misrepresents and therefore is just wrong.
hi , as mentioned there is a disconnection between theme and style, nd this is much of a problem as it looks like that u have a big time trouble to identify the target in the first place and this is of no favor when it comes to make the logo go through approval or then being sold … if u do not personally know who u want to sell to and how to do , people are not going to know for u lol there is also a big discrepancy between the very squared aspect of the C and the crossing grunge brush , not to mention that the concerned brush makes your c look like a g in the process … which adds even more confusion to the table indeed … same with the playing with white nd black colors , this is more confusing than any other thing indeed … not to mention that this is not purely aesthetic too , this is the bottom line …
there is a big issue of imbrication of illustration and text parts … the both of them look completely disconnected from each other , almost like not belonging to the same logo … the illustration part is also prevailing far too much over there text one and i think that u would have all the pain in the world to create a horizontal version of the logo with what u have here this far …
the proportion between tagline and name is not the right one either … there is too much difference all the same , actually …
