Hello i have a problem , i had soft rejected item , and now i can’t see it in the queue or neither an email for hard reject
It is hard rejected is not hidden
No it is not deleted by me, almost 14 days waiting and at least after soft reject and all of my fixes they hard rejected me , this is not normal in any universe

If your demo was not working then the item would not have been properly reviewed
Having eventually seen the demo then the reviewer hard rejected it.

No , it is not anymore soft reject , after fixing everything they told me that my idea is good but they hard reject me because of to many people selling such idea , the strange things are that is true there are a lot of tap to earn games on Envato but there are no single mining game in the store, my game was dogs clone
It was “soft rejected” because reviewer can’t check your demo, it’s not working, so they “soft rejected” to request you fix demo then they will check again.
I think after reviewing your demo again, they decide to make a hard reject.
