My item was disabled and considered to be Ai creation

My file is considered made by Ai,

This is my best-selling product in elements, they consider it made by Ai, even though it was made by 3D Software and made manually without the help of Ai.

What should I do if the source file is no longer there?

Please advise so that this case can be resolved.

I am confused by the review team who cannot distinguish between the results of Ai or the results of 3D Software.

I’d suggest reaching out to Envato support to explain the situation. Provide them with a step-by-step breakdown of how your product was made using 3D software to prove it wasn’t AI-generated.

I also noticed your item on Envato Elements mostly consists of mockup templates. Since AI tools can easily generate those kinds of assets, it’s important moving forward to have clear evidence that your work is done manually using 3D software to avoid these kinds of issues.

Keep it up, and good luck! You’ll get this sorted! Semangat!

Thanks for your suggestion,

But the problem is the source files of the Blender software have been partially deleted because my computer’s hard drive is having problems.

There are 4 files that are disabled.

How do I prove it?

It’s really unfortunate that the source files got partially deleted. Normally, showing the step-by-step creation process with the Blender software is a pretty strong way to prove it was manually made. But since that’s not possible right now, I’d suggest reaching out to support and explaining the situation. They might be able to offer an alternative solution or workaround.

This is unreasonable. The disabled file is a file that was published 4 months ago, I think there is no problem if it has been published, because I believe my file is my original.

this seems unfair, they accuse the goods that are considered AI-made without any basis, and we have to prove our own goods in detail.

I will try to contact support but I am not sure I can help.

Hey I got a reply email from you that was deleted.

I don’t use Ai, and my stuff is purely manual.

This will be detrimental to other authors if this happens.. Because the deleted file was published 4 months ago,

And this is just their guess, unfortunately I can’t prove it because my blender file has been deleted.

And why don’t they blame the review team for passing Ai-made stuff, instead we are the ones affected.

What problems are you having with your hard-drive?

I’m not familiar with Blender, but nowadays many software programs come with AI-based plugins, add-ons, or tools. So, could you please confirm that you didn’t use any of those in creating this?. Also, please check the file’s metadata, sometimes it can reveal whether AI-assisted tools were involved or if it’s an original work.
Actually, the original source file could have served as proof of authenticity, but unfortunately, it has been lost, right?. I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

Yes, many programs currently use Ai plug-ins..

But I purely use blender without plug-ins, because as far as I know the system in blender is not like other software,

Purely using material textures, and making basic modeling.

I’m sure many items that escape are intentionally made by AI plug-ins or web-based Ai, but this will have an impact on other Authors who clearly work manually, because they must observe based on the naked eye.

Because metadata is definitely deleted during processing in Photoshop.

The reason I deleted the source file is, my item has been published 4-5 months ago,

While the blender file + material has a large size, it needs extra storage if you save it long term.

I still hope the elements expert quality team observes in more detail that the Ai results will not be as detailed as those made by 3D software. And give me good news.

This is odd. I have seen a lot of generated videos here in the motion graphics category. Wonder why Envato mentioned that generated content are not allowed, if there already such content was uploaded..

Never mind, there’s no need for many reasons, if you can’t prove it’s not AI, it’s okay to just be willing to disable your item. Moreover, your portfolio in elements is very AI, you know

Well you might think so, but my stuff was created before Ai was as smart as it is today.

And all the mockups in the world are themed like that.
