Looks good. I like it. Nice clean design. There may be a small number of pages is the reason (I guess)
I like it too, I just think there’s too much of space between the content and the bottom on some pages. Other than that, very clean and nice looking template 
And as @romlam said, maybe you should add more pages.
Unfortunately if it was hard rejection it shouldn’t be resubmitted.
