Why my item html is hard rejected? but my account JeriTeam is approved and my other account JeriThemes is hard rejected

It’s not about your account, it’s the design quality. Good for start but not finished - color combination is not good as well

I’d agree about the colour scheme, but I did like the moving/rippling water effect when moving the cursor over the top image, hadn’t seen anything like that before, nice.
