My item has been rejected and can't be re-uploaded

And I still can’t believe my item was rejected, is there a misunderstanding or what?

The same thing happened to me. And the only explanation they gave me was: it’s not in the standard quality. What does that mean? How do I know what I need to improve?

I purchased the CTL Arcade plugin and I cannot upload it to my wordpress site (v.5.1.1). I have sent in a ticket and got absolutely no response so I don’t even know if the ticket was delivered.
