My item hard rejected 2 times. Need help!

Hello everyone.
Today I received an email my item has been rejected .
This is the second times.
Could you please tell me what are the mistakes I did in this template.

Design related not sure it looks really good.
Something they understood wrong maybe?

Hi,

You logo is too bad looking. Some features are not related to your
product as like “GIFT CERTIFICATES” and also the features under main slider
is not working. You also highligt “Follow us on Instagaram” etc…
