My item disappeared from uploads, but a letter about the results of the reviews was not received. What does it mean?

Hi @SG-audio Usually the letter comes immediately in case of reject or approval. Check in your portfolio tab “Hidden Items” Good luck!

It happened to me once… I emailed to envato help team and I solved the problem… uploading again.

I had similar issue.
The e-mail ended up in my spam folder( though at fisrt it wasn’t there)
